Thought id draw one more..I just love drawing Johnny..
This is the last for the contest..
Darwn with fine and ultra fine and large sharpie markers on heavy light pink card stock paper to stop the sharpie from bleeding.

The contrast that is achieved through the use of black and white, along with the expressiveness of the figure makes a superb effect. The small amount of red on the jewel necklace allows the eye to wander but bring sharp focus on the subject. Great work!! Your control of the sharpie markers is enviable. The patterns on the clothing make for an interesting concoction of simple, because of the black and white color scheme, and interesting because of the intricate designs.. The face is bold because it is simple, and the darks are in all the appropriate places. I also love the pterodactyl in the foreground, the fact that i didn't see it at first makes me suppose there are all kinds of things I'm missing about the picture, which adds a degree of mystery to the art piece. Again awesome work, I look forward to seeing more artwork from you again in the future!!

The lines used in this image are truly brilliant. You seemed to have used simple lines to bring out the design on his robes, but it is extremely effective and works really well. The plain black areas highlight shading effectively and suit incredibly well to the character that is portraid in the image, giving a dark almost sinister yet caring and funny character. Every line on the face is done perfectly, highlighting johnny depp's features without being too bold. The small amount of colour in the centre of the pendant also is a great use of drawing the audience's eye to that particular point, guiding the eye across the image in a subtle manner. My only downpoint to this image is the small claw looking line under the wing, it seems to stand out but in a very odd manner as if it doesnt belong, it seems almost idle... but i think a quick thicker line would sort it right out (thats unless of course the idea was to make this bit stand out in which case ignore it

sorry for the small bad point, i just felt maybe you would like a tip from someone else viewing it) But all in all BRILLIANT work. Its been added to my favourites. the work you done here is extremely impressive! keep it up!
